Spain have won the UEFA Nations League after beating Croatia 5-3 on penalties in Sunday's final.

The match finished 1-1 after extra-time, with Gavi giving Spain the lead in the 81st minute and Nacho Fernandez equalising in the 96th minute. Rodri then scored the winning penalty in the shootout.

The match went to extra-time, and Spain finally took the lead through Gavi. However, Croatia equalised in the 96th minute through Nacho Fernandez.
