Arsenal and Bayern Munich will start the second leg of their UEFA Champions League quarter-final tie on level terms following an enthralling 2-2 draw in.

Arsenal and Bayern Munich played out a thrilling 2-2 draw in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League quarter-final tie on Tuesday night.

The Gunners took the lead through Bukayo Saka in the first half, but Bayern Munich equalised through Jamal Musiala just before the break.

Bayern Munich took the lead for the first time in the second half through Kingsley Coman, but Arsenal equalised again through Leandro Trossard in the 85th minute.

Arsenal were awarded a penalty in the dying minutes of the game, but Saka's effort was saved by Sven Ulreich.

The result leaves the tie finely poised ahead of the second leg in Munich next week.
